More such branches! 🙂 When I saw the evaluation of this branch, I was quite afraid of where I was going again, however .. The counselor was very nice, pleasant, she explained everything and I must say that I left here in a really good mood. Nobody forced anything on me and we talked purely about what I came for. The waiting time was less than 2 minutes, the availability of the branch is also excellent (a short walk from the bus stop). 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been a client of this building society for several years. This year I decided to use other services and therefore I visited the central (client center) personally. Isn't it really possible to ask for a coffee or a tea to negotiate with a banker? I really have to come to the meeting with a drink in a cup and do not forget to take a few coins (6, - CZK). The corporate culture of this Austrian institution surprised me in 2020. At the next meeting I refreshed myself on the way at the café, because instant tea or instant coffee is not qualitatively recognized 🤔
