Quite unpleasant lady told me in a measured way that I really do not do counseling and that I should call a number. So I'm going to do new hypos here, but I can't advise. Unpleasant experience facts 😂

I had helpful and nice staff. I like the HB environment, where it's a nice interior and it's all designed to make you feel like you're sitting in the living room. for me everything OK and most importantly the parameters for H. CLOSE.

Perhaps the worst bank with totally incompetent staff ... Even the Czech Post would have to try to overcome this.
