Shout out to a guy sitting next to the entrance who was assisting me today (31.08) around 6pm to open a bank account. He was very polite, patient and managed to answer all the questions I had. Professionalism at its best 👍🏻

Totally unusefull workers. They only asking mě money for solution their mistakes. Probably I going to change the bank Is ridicolus the service in this pláče.

Worst of worst Raiffeisen bank in whole branches. You can have worst service more than whatever you expect. Every staffs they dont want to work and rude. We dont need them... we only need more ATM machains.

I came to this bank to withdraw money on Sunday 30.06.2019 and they told me no USD today. There is no money in the bank! I came again on 10.08.2019 and the same answer they gave me - no US dollars, we can give you Euros. I guess, this bank doesn't need clothes clients.
