The worst bank ever. Very bad customer service, fees for everything, constant problems with internet banking and too complicated bank account creation and cancellation. Avoid them at all costs.

Good place to withdraw money, even if you are not a customer. No confusing atm trying to scam you into taking their change course. Atm can be set to English and German too.

Most useless bank evner. Tried.to withdraw money by Visa card....not possible. Tried to exchange currency into local currency....not possible. Asked for direction where we could exchange money.... The answer : cannot help!
