This bank locked me out from my funds for two months and staff proved completely useless in helping me out. I was also unable to withdraw money or change associated phone number. They also require additional documents never required by other banks. I switched my personal account to equabank which has better rates on everything.

The ladies at the counter had a nice performance and I arranged everything as I needed, so for me satisfaction.

Branch slightly backward. But the speed of handling requests was always okay. Staff helpful and friendly.
