Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The branch is characterized by the fact that it is not possible to call it. The phone falls into the call center and the operator promises to leave a message for them and to call me when they have time. Then they called me various phone numbers I wanted. They always "told" me to call. The highlight was a CS employee who the next day asked me what I wanted yesterday and whether we had already solved it. The loan application process - the horror of terror. They wrote a request, but no one knows anything about the result, the worker (Mr. Šxxxxx) who drew up the contract with me went on vacation and whether it will last 14 days. I said we were in a hurry for the loan. He promised that a colleague would represent him and contact us (the company). Nothing happened. From the past, I have such an experience with Mr. Šxxxxxx from the department for corporate clients that if they did not provide us (the company) with a loan, he simply did not tell us. He probably didn't want to be a messenger of bad news. It disgusted me so much that we (the company) went to another bank.

It is nice and modern in appearance, but the staff is not very good, almost every time a visit is a problem, they almost always make a mistake somewhere, including handling the card. The branch on Mariánské náměstí is definitely better.

I always remember the AirBank ad, there is no problem with the access of the employees, but the waiting time is about 30 minutes on average.

Absolutely repulsive access to cash registers. There are 10 people waiting for one treasure, where the doll has time to deal with the cashier. The second cash desk opens up after a long time and also holds the rest. In Poruba in court they are much faster and better
