A bank clerk sitting at the first counter at the entrance is unable to secure cash withdrawals above the daily limit. I duly reported this selection to this clerk 4 working days in advance and I was told that it was not a problem. The opposite is true ! Her ignorance and lies cost me an hour of waiting at this branch today, and the transaction I had duly reported did not take place! This clerk kept making excuses and even lied about the choice. First, she said on the phone that she had forgotten to report the choice - but denied it. Then she started making excuses for a lock in the safe. After half an hour of waiting for my question when I will be able to make a selection, she told me that it must first be approved by a lady in Prague. After another half hour to my next question, what will be the case, this official told me again that a lady in Prague wants to prove something! UniCredit Bank really employs such incompetent people who probably don't even know what to do and as a result are still lying to the client! Thank you for an hour of unnecessary waiting at this time C19 in your branch, when even your employees do not follow the prescribed rules. Without a mouth cover, there is no problem for them to move around the branch, especially since the security guard at the entrance flies with a meter and measures only someone when he probably wants to. There was no one like that about 20 minutes after you bounced somewhere, so it doesn't matter in the end. In an hour of waiting, I saw and enjoyed enough! A total of parodies submitted by the UniCredit Bank Nová Karolina branch. The result is zero for me and I DIDN'T GOT MY Money !!! I am your other dissatisfied client who is forced to change the Bank! This is really what an incompetent bank clerk can afford to give us your clients!

She will not find out your options or needs and will invite you to the branch immediately. There, during a minute interview, you will learn that you are not entitled to a mortgage because you are not the owner of their account and thus the whole interview ends. Absolutely no effort to solve any problems. Nothing.... Very sad proof of the incompetence of this bank and its employees.
