Absolutely appalling money rental, because when I wanted to postpone payments in times of emergency, I was written that there are no bank so do not postpone payments. I have to send the plus installment no later than the 17th day of the month and according to them it is too late and they are already sending me reminders by e-mail that I have the amount owed to them. Never in my life again! (If they could, they wouldn't get a single star)

Support bakes and conceals fees. I was informed of all the credit card charges and I was repeatedly charged by various operators by e-mail and phone for the provision of a credit card, so the credit card is not definitely free of charge (in normal use). Operators behave arrogantly, look at you "from above", pricelists are unclear, for example, the Documents / Price List-Credit Cards tab contains several dozen documents (6.5 pages, 61 new and old documents in total, a credit card, where there are other price lists and documents !!!) and credit card fees are kept under "revolving loans" without mentioning just that this paragraph concerns credit cards (revolving loans can be a ton). Tell me how many percent of ordinary people with primary / secondary school (typical of Hello Bank targets and their high interest loans) knows what revolving means ?! Where this bank is heading, this is not the CNB's website, this is a bank that profits like a loan for typical low-income clients! Terrible! As people understand these terms, I refuse to speculate, I would say that is typically a cough, but it does not excuse the bank for clarity and simplicity to let the client know and TASK what he signs up. I do not think this dictation of the law meets. They just play with you like a cat with a mouse. Nor does it try to make it clearer (such as AirBank, Equa, FIO), let alone completeness. I wanted to know in advance how much it cost and I'm out of Hellbank! I attach a response from an operator who somehow "has forgotten" my question about what the KK will cost me and that I do not care if any fee is charged to it, informing about the fee for the provisioning of the credit framework in active use! At the same time, she did not forget to inform about all items that are free. Very purposeful negotiations. That is why professional and objective service really should not work !!! Then another lady at the infoline said, very arrogantly and proudly, that the credit card is free of charge, because WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SHOP as a reserve and you are not using it, then you do not use the fee for the provision of the credit frame. I told her that most people do not have a credit card to put them in a drawer! Simply Hello Bank mystificates, concealing expeditiously for them the disadvantages of setting up products to look better and someone might say that it is lying too. I am an informed client, I know what is revolving, I understand these concepts but I do not accept this brothel in price lists and arrogant and mysterious support, even before the product was set up, which was also fun. I have said several times that I'm thinking about the card and just informed myself and the operator repeatedly asked me about my card number, let's talk about it in particular! When I asked her if she ever listened to me that I did not have the card yet, I just informed myself, she told me she was listening to me, and then she then asked me again about her number. Simply pricked, what is this ?! When I sum up, Hello Bank acts as a bank for people who do not read what they sign, they do not read the price lists and borrow the loans just because they are given to them. Just na naive hells who are then wasting on fees and interest. Terrible! I have a very negative feeling about it and I will cancel the account and go around it by arc.

I was overly satisfied and I am pleasantly surprised that so serious and fair employees work in the financial sphere. I would definitely recommend Hello bank to my friends and I believe that I will be satisfied with their services as long as possible!
