Ends, the other lady had a client. Ahead we waited there's one lady, so I assumed that 20 minutes later we're going home. We waited over 1.5 hours !!! Then he told the lady behind the counter, they emit no money there. If we miss, that is probably already seen at home, she said that there is definitely money, or at least get the lady over asked, what are we waiting we could save you 1.5 hours of time and nerves! That's how we immediately husband and I decided that even though we are in KB for 30 years, leaving immediately. This bank certainly does not appreciate clients.
