I rate a very friendly approach to providing services to a corporate account of a legal entity.

Terribly slow staff in the Karlovy Vary branch, I waited 45 minutes to write out of the account, the girl couldn’t send an email CZK, in the end I paid 400 CZK for 2 sheets of paper 🙄 I contacted the bank on this issue, in response I received rudeness and incompetence! If your time is precious to you, never stand in line for a "banker" named Polina Usova .. and generally the farther, the worse the recruitment! I'm already thinking about changing the bank.

I read reviews of dissatisfied and amazed me, I have opposite experiences, people are nice, kind, kind, thank you for such behavior

Slow, incapable, unpleasant bankers at the branch. I was waiting for a statement of account 50 min in the queue of 2 people. And they charged 150 crowns for it, while before I had it about 3 times for free. I'm thinking about changing the goal.
