Bank good (free account, fair dealing), but DO NOT take the mortgage !!! Unfortunately, I must say that mortgage specialists do not know much about their work, see the lost original of the purchase agreement, the wrong date on the loan agreement, etc. The promised settlement within 4-5 weeks is just a fiction. Despite the fact that we have all the accounts with Fia, I definitely do not recommend taking out a mortgage here.

Excellent and helpful staff. The gentleman at the box office gave me excellent advice and immediately handled my request for maximum satisfaction. In contrast to my previous experience at the Fio banka branch in Prague-Petřiny, I finally had the impression that I was a welcome client. Next time I will visit this branch in Olomouc again.
