Do you arrange a meeting that will be offered to you at 13:00 and when you arrive you will find out that they actually have a break, don't even the employees know when they have a break?

Terrible approach. Questions and comments that were completely unrelated to what we were there yesterday with our son (11 years old). It was his account and George's application on his phone. We were there for an hour! Mistress confused us with the surname, and when I asked her to correct her son's surname and my title, when they already have it, let him have it right, whereupon the lady replied that it didn't matter that she had to re-enter it all. That our surname is complex. I am considering giving an official complaint about the behavior of this employee Commenting on my financial situation, asking what I do for work and where my paycheck goes. She asked her son several times apparently losing patience to sign up for Service 24, when he failed. When she didn't do it several times, she recognized that something was wrong on their side. She was very haughty. I was very surprised because I had never been able to complain in the Louny branch before. I didn't deal with it, because, frankly, I was glad we finally left. Horribly.

I am totally disappointed with my office in Louny. I strongly advise them not to have any banking products. Employees do not know about their job absolutely nothing that they do not read on the Internet, do not be afraid to know something extra. I was getting a loan, they told me to send a certain amount. I sent and after a week I was told from the headquarters that they actually want another 30,000 (fine for early repayment + repayment of the loan). When they complained to the branch, they only told me that I could apologize for the mistake of their employee on behalf of Česká spořitelna. Seriously? So you have to pay another thirty thousand more than she told you, nothing is wrong. There is no pro-client at all, so they would pay part of the cost they or the lady itself for such a fundamental mistake. I think it would be a good place for the employees to have a liability insurance. Misleading is also a pretty fundamental mistake. For other employers, this would lead to quite fundamental management. If someone wants to do something hot, I'd rather recommend communicating with the headquarters than with this branch where they do not understand.
