I canceled my KB account 10 years ago, although I missed it at all, I had to re-introduce it to move money between KB accounts faster. I thought something had changed over the last 10 years, but I was convinced very quickly. Although I know there is an option to open an account online, I needed to discuss some questions about the account directly at the branch. Such a simple thing as opening an account could not be done immediately while I was leaving the data and my re-visit until afternoon, and all this before I even got to discuss any conditions and what I actually needed. But I would be wrong to say that nothing really changed, now there is a customer service at the entrance that keeps my direct visit to the free counter, and in the next 10 years customer service for the customer service will probably appear to correct access to the first customer service. Indeed, the experience is witty, so stupid, and I saw all the sense of lacking workflow abounding with unnecessary elements for the first time.

KB branch, with friendly staff. I definitely recommend booking an appointment with a bank adviser in advance.
