I had a wonderful experience at this branch. Mrs. Berkova was super friendly and helpful, helped me out with every single question and explained me well everything i didn’t understand. Despite my not advanced Czech skills all the issues were resolved in a very nice and professional manner.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour for the bank in the centre of Prague. My grandad was robbed at the ATM, what is a part of that bank. Nobody came to help him, nobody has offered him first aid either water. The security said that is not his job to look around the bank and appeared very rude. I feel very disappointed.

I have been a client for years with this bank, but since my first personal banker got promoted and they had some shifts in the team, it looks like a bunch of idiots is taking care of the clients. My personal banker Mr Jan Gostik got fired, the new one Mr Brada did not even introduce himself. Furthermore after trying to get in touch with him on several occasions for a bigger project. He did not even bother to call back. He just had to answer two yes or no questions. That was all. I had to call my former banker who is now a branch manager at kb, to get things done. She had clearly other things to do than handling my request. When trying to close my accounts the young nice lady said that no banker is available. 3 have been chatting in their boxes, 2 or 3 where smoking infront of the door and the rest had apparently a meeting. The branch was empty. There was just one client which was a walk-in. Overall there is a community of unprofessional wanna be personal bankers working there. I have never been more pissed of by the lack of customer service than with this bank. I moved to erste premier and the service is not comparable.

What is the worst KB branch I have experienced in terms of staff and services. The information desk is often lacking staff, but it does not matter, it is still occupied by inexperienced people, so they can not answer a more complicated question and go to the branch. Long waiting times, burned out people at the cash register and a deficit of larger banknotes. The only plus is the location in the center of the tram.

Absolute catastrophe of the Spalena Branch never works Two women at the entrance never solve anything ... nobody ever has time up to 14 days If they would rather pay more banker than two incapable hostesses or girls having a function Total KB is a catastrophe without Monet the bank was pretty good, Fio bank is fine I cancel my account, hopefully I will finally relax from the stress
