Communication with people on the helpdesk is traditionally for strong nicks - they do not know, they provide false information, no solution, the only goal - get rid of the client. What does not work and nobody cares about: 1. In el. banking it is not possible to set different payment card limits for ATMs and merchants. The competition is a very common matter. 2. In el. banks. it is not possible to forbid that when you choose from an ATM you do not print on the ticket how much you have in your account. Typical security issue ... 3. Changing the limit will take effect sometime the next day. Why not immediately? I do not understand, I do not understand ... 4. Probably the best branch of ERA in Prague. Professionals approach, nice environment - Always ordered, solved. If you have time, I recommend going out to solve things in this branch - At other branches in Prague, service is shaky, they never know anything and want to get rid of you. However, if you have the chance to go to another bank - go into it. Postal Savings Bank has constant system outages and internet banking outages. Nonsense charges and their constant change.

Although this bank does not have much to do because of problems and unnecessary charges (it does not have the cost to review the branch review), this branch is absolutely brilliant in any case! I came to solve my problem here and I have never met with such a professional and friendly attitude until it made me write a review of the branch. If I ever need something to deal with the bank in the future, I will only go here.
