Used to be the best bank in the country. Became an amateur run business dedicated to separate as much money from the client for zero service. God, such a disappointment.

WARNING! Never get yourself an account in this bank! After a short time, I had big problems with my transactions. When I tried to contact them, no one could answer me. Just cowardly lies and excuses. CSOB is a fraud!

It’s amazing how different the service can be depending on which personnel you get. One day, they can tell you that a service is possible, but the next day, it’s suddenly not. Frustratingly confusing. Personnels’ attitude can be far from friendly too sometimes. Makes me feel more like a bank robber than a customer.

Very good location of the bank. Work is done quickly, better to come around lunch time.

Very helpful even though they couldn't handle my case directly! And nice efforts to speak English to me. Rare enough to be pointed out. :-)
