Up until now, our bikes were inspected at a large bike shop in Schwerte. Since we didn't get an appointment there within two weeks, we just tried the local bike service. I cannot understand the negative reviews. We received very nice and courteous advice and the costs were not higher than in our previous bicycle shop.

I had the opportunity to ride different bike types and brands quickly and flexibly. The right bike I was looking for was available and it was also for sale. The seller was open, nice and very competent. You could feel that it stands for the brands. During the whole time that he looked after me, he was also present and did not take care of other things at the same time. I got a plausible answer to every question - great! Mfg SH

Today I went to Bartz without an appointment to have a flat tire repaired on the rear wheel because I wasn't so sure whether I would get the rear wheel installed correctly on a modern bike. The hose should have been replaced. For a professional, I would say 10 minutes of work. But I was refused because the week was already full I will probably no longer appear here as a customer. 👍🙄 I guess I'll rock it myself
