All around satisfied! My flat tire was pushed in between despite a lot of orders and the next day I was able to pick up my bike. I was told exactly what was being done. Competent, friendly and absolutely recommendable.

Was the second time with the bike knight. Last year it was tires, chains and brakes on my city bike. Everything went smoothly and as agreed. This time it was the drive unit, a brake and the chainring of my mountain bike. I made an appointment and had to wait two weeks, which is the case in the summer and is not included in the evaluation. Then, when handing in, I was asked to wait at the agreed time rather than accept my bike. It was then agreed upon 120 to 150 euros and one or two days of work for the work. Two days later, on request, get the information that it will take another four days (over the weekend). Here I would have proactively asked for the information that it would take longer. When picking up the next nasty surprise: 192 € instead of the agreed 150 € max. It's a shame and doesn't exactly strengthen trust. I love to support small local shops, but that's too problematic. Next time I will think twice about going to one of the big chains. The technical execution is flawless, therefore one star saved.
