Very good service! Delivery was friendly, uncomplicated and on time, the bike was in neat good condition and was adjusted to suit me on site. After the termination, I could simply make an appointment (the branches are closed due to Corona) and the collection was also uncomplicated and on time. The distance requirement was observed. If I didn't have my own bike, I'd still rent one from Swapfiets.

Can no longer be reached after conclusion of the contract! For the second time now, more has been debited than contractually agreed. You don't reach anyone, there is no response to mails!

Incredibly bad service! I canceled my subscription and the confirmation of cancellation stated that I can simply return the bike to the store at any time. Well, the store is unfortunately not open during the stated opening times. So I asked by email how we would solve this and I was suggested an appointment to pick it up, which I have confirmed. The bike was not picked up on the specified date and three of my emails were simply ignored. Of course I should continue to pay for it. There were also problems with the delivery: the first appointment was canceled at short notice and the bike arrived at a different time than specified. I don't even want to imagine what if the bike broke or was stolen, then you can probably wait three weeks for an answer.
