Excellent service. Was on a cycle trip and needed some urgent adjustments. Turned up just before closing on a Saturday and, in spite of how busy they were, sorted it there and then so I could continue my journey. Thanks especially to Achim the mechanic who did the job.

Extremely professional and hard working staff, never seen such a service in my life. Will help you tirelessly deciding on your cycle. They can offer you a max. of 5% discount on cycles and 10% on other products. It is better to buy other products from amazon or ebay which offer discounts up to 30% (hence I have to give 4 stars with great pain). I had to buy a lock for 127 Euro although I showed them that its available for 104 Euro on amazon, even after buying a really expensive bike. You will find cycles at a greater discount on internet for up to 8-10%, but then you will be denied excellent guidance and customer service they offer including filling of lengthy insurance forms. I could not speak good german but still they kept patience and explained me things again and again. This is the best shop in Lübeck in the terms of help, guidance and experience they offer.

Absolutely competent advice, enough time is taken, everything is explained and made possible what can be done 👍 Here you still have the feeling that the customer is "king" and that the employees are aware that they are also spending a lot of money. Great store ... Top advice in a relaxed ATMOSPHERE ... You can take the bikes with you to test driving (parking lot and close to the shop) it can then be reserved for 2 days on request to sleep on it yes or no Super
