Essential jurisprudence and law are simply not applied, although serious material and immaterial damage on my part and my son has already been committed by the responsible job centers in Hamburg and Stormarn, which is illegal anyway. For the entire nine months, no benefits were illegally counted, despite the knowledge of the situation that my son had been kidnapped from me in a horrific process under fraudulent deception, he was not yet two years old. So keeping the respective responsible persons at the job center, who actually support a so-called social system, contributes sustainably to a heinous crime. I am even supposed to pay back the housing cost savings that have been achieved very economically, even though the housing costs have not even been paid in full. This is a life-threatening snatch for my life and well-being, as well as that of my son, which should also be supported with the jurisdiction of those responsible at this so-called social court. It's really embarrassing.

Decisions based on files - without ever having personally listened to the data subjects. It is questionable whether the people involved have not missed their jobs. But maybe there is an agreement between the public offices and the Lübeck Social Court to avoid costs in the circles. We keep fighting!
