Excellent service. Total range of bikes in stock.
Total idiots. They haven't got a clue !
Good selection of new bikes and accessories. However, the workshop services are not satisfactory.
The branch is great and the staff are very helpful, even with telephone inquiries.
In the meantime, however, you often end up in the call center by phone, they are completely incapable, have no idea of anything and cannot say anything except "I'm looking in the system". The system is so bad that it is said that articles are never in stock. Chains, packages of cracks, all supposedly out of stock - although a whole wall in the shop is full.
Absolute cheek what you have to endure on the phone.
Very good advice, and it's great that you can try out all the bikes on the test track here. And in wind and weather. The selection of accessories and small parts is great too, I'm always happy here in the shop. 👍🏼
