Unfortunately I didn't meet the "nice" gentleman personally, but the phone is more than enough ... on the one hand he is rude, on the other hand he is arrogant!
I bought an e-bike, but I have little problems with certain screws ... so I looked for help in this workshop ...
Unfortunately my bike for 700 € was not of good quality for the gentleman, declined help immediately and said that I was "out of the race"
As I said, I was not there in person and don't know the work performance !!
I am only assessing how customers are dealt with here, and that is: bet !! 6 !!!!!!
You are in good hands here. The boss and the staff are friendly and take their time.
