I had ordered ankle protectors from FUSE. Delivery was also fast. Ordered on Sunday night, delivered on Tuesday. After opening the package, I found that the shop had delivered me an ankle support. Called there and was told to send it back and then it would be exchanged. Sent back the same day. According to the DHL tracking number, the package arrived one day later. And then nothing happened at first. I waited 7 days and then wrote them an email where my exchange item was. After that my goods were sent directly. Without this email I would still have been on my goods. Conclusion: First the wrong one was delivered and you still have to remind you to send out the package with the exchange goods. Service is different.
