From the first contact, through inquiries and special requests to the pick-up on the last weekend, the service from the Puna Velo Team Essen was perfect and left nothing to be desired. A new saddle was installed, the battery was fully charged, it couldn't be better!

Exactly a year ago I bought my eBullitt E6100 from Punta Velo GmbH in Essen. Since then I have had a lot of fun and many kilometers on the bike without ever having any defects or breakdowns. I really liked the advice on the purchase and the service provided by the company.
Unfortunately not a good experience in Essen. Unfortunately, the seller does not know the subsidies from the state for the bikes, hardly anyone can be reached by phone and very bad: The Bullitt Bikes are easily 200 more than the competitors we asked. Obviously the boss wants to get rich very quickly here. Conclusion: stay away!
I had my wish implemented ... :) A beautiful Bullitt Milk White Plus with Shimano Deore 20-speed gearshift, hub dynamo and various "unds" ..., a dream ... Super friendly and competent advice. Thank you Punta Velo ... :)
