Great bike shop. I can only recommend. Great customer service, very competent advice and, above all, honest advice. People understand something about their job :)
Replacing a drive belt became an ordeal. The belt was changed and the wheel was assembled incorrectly. The diagnosis that the frame was warped was quickly refuted by the manufacturer Ghost and the bike was mounted correctly. The whole thing lasted 3 weeks and the bottom line was that I was allowed to trot four times. No apologies and a lot of stupid chatter. The new purchase went smoothly at the time, but I think the service of a shop proves itself especially in conflict situations and it really didn't go particularly well here !!!!
I've been a customer here for many years. I have always been well advised and served. My special requests were always met. And it wasn't always easy. I can recommend the Fahrradladen-Essen with enthusiasm.
Very nice and competent service, extremely accommodating: I only had one little thing on my bike (thought the valves were broken) - despite limited repair work, I was helped immediately after I had unsuccessfully accessed three other bike shops. And all for free! I can fully recommend it.
The handlebars on my wife's bike were loose, couldn't fix it myself. Although the bike wasn't from there, I was helped quickly and even free of charge. Super friendly, great advice, great service. I'll buy my next bike there!
