DON'T EVEN TRY TO BUY FROM THEM. No response for 25 days, no email response, no phone answering, just awful. Only after a "more important third party" tried to contact them they decided to answer. Wrote them several times to cancel the order since after so many days without any answer I didn't want to buy from them anymore, they decided to ship the order. But with the intervention on this third party they canceled it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Update: 25 days later Tretwerk replied to me and finally authorized my refund. "Scammers" might have been a heavy word to say, but yet again I am not sure if this was the only point of mine that made them want to prove me wrong. Bottom line is that I would still never buy from neither tretwerk or Real and would certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. SCAM - NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered via Real a kids helmet due to the shorter delivery time compared to Amazon. Five days later Tretwek themselves told me they dont have this helmet anymore and can't deliver it. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my payment. After multiple efforts via email and involving Real as well, it is now 22 days after and they still haven't cancelled the order, nor returned my payment. The worst online experience I ever had. These people will only get your money and you will get nothing in return.

Very good experience! Professional and good consulting via telephone which lead me to ordering one of their bikes. It arrived as promised. A couple of days later the bike got discounted and Tretwerk transferred the difference to my account after a short call. Great customer service and very approachable!!

This company really needs to sort out their customer service. Absolutely ignorant and do not care about customer experience, well at least in my case. Although the e-mails were answered instantly and they also apologised few times (which I appreciate) but it's not just that simple. First, they did not get my address right although I made sure TWICE in written (which they blamed on their internal IT system - yea I don't care, that's none of my business). And second, when the bike was delivered, it was defective! Yes, imagine you manage to ride that bike in the streets and it breaks and you end up under a bus or a car! The front forks of the bike wasn't aligned so the wheel and disk brake don't fit, hence the bike is useless - which clearly proves that they did not test the bike before it was sent - see! Ignorant and careless! Now, I have to go through re-packing the bike and taking it to the post office to send it back. Okay, they say they will pay €40 to send the item back but they cannot pay for the frustration, time and money I invested in a crappy experience. And none of it is even my fault!! For me, I am done with this company. For you, good luck! All I care about now is my money back. Thanks Tretwerk!
