Right, really good!
Although the workshop was busy, they took a look at my (supposedly) defective chain.
As if "by the way", one of the team has already taken care of my defective rear light.
Once on the assembly stand.
Screws tightened, bang (!), Chain taut and intact again. (I guess I didn't do it properly after changing the wheels).
As a layperson, I could have happily sold a new chain and sprocket.
But it wasn't!
Conclusion: I cycled home with valuable tips. With a bike that ran like new and without taking unnecessary money out of my pocket.
My big thanks goes to Kevin, who helped me a lot in a quick, friendly, knowledgeable way!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Took my brand new bike there because the pedals cracked while riding. Instead of giving me an appointment far away, the employee simply tightened the crank and pedals for me. This is how customer friendliness works! I'll be happy to come back! Keep it up :)
