Very attentious staff ready to help you with your doubts about bikes.
I have now bought the third bike in the Planet of Bikes. As always, I received great advice before buying. On Tuesday I was finally able to pick up my new R&M after a precise and detailed explanation.

Spontaneously passed by on Friday afternoon with a broken rear derailleur on the bike urgently needed for the way to school and was served very friendly. Repair within 30 minutes thanks to the existing spare part! Perfect service, it couldn't be better!
Super friendly staff
Was there because of a freshly bought bike which had a charging problem. It was taken care of very quickly and free of charge. Now everything works again. In addition, the bike of my little one had a flat tire, which was repaired directly within minutes. While I was waiting for it in the shop, I was met by friendly employees who advised me about a helmet.
Everything was great, incompetent and highly recommended.
I can only recommend everyone to buy their bike here and bring it to the workshop.

The new location is ideal. You can park right in front of the house. The selection of high-quality e-bikes is large. Especially if you are looking for something extraordinary. The team is competent.
We bought two Riese & Müller bikes. First of all, the price was really good, and secondly, the advice was really great. Mr. Ericli really made us want a new e-bike. There were also nice extras at no extra charge. Folks, the first address in Essen for high-quality bikes from Stevens or Riese & Müller .....
