I can't begin to understand the negative reviews. I have already bought several bikes and I feel in good hands. Everything is right here. Radsport Rauer is a small and fine shop without much "tinsel". Everything fits here. I appreciate the open and honest nature of the two guys. Keep it up.

Even the advice on a Böttcher travel bike was competent and personable. The owner himself took a lot of time and went through everything with us. Wishes and ideas were dealt with, recommended, advised and considered together. We felt we were in very good hands. Many thanks.

Repair: impeller renewed, gear set. After an appointment very well and very quickly done, competent staff. The next "concern" there again, clear recommendation!
