We went to many big and small bike shops without knowing that we have a small and nice shop for e-bikes in our part of town and that we bought with a clear conscience "at the end of the day". In many of the shops we went to, bad advice was often the order of the day or you could tell the sales force that you were under time pressure in view of the other waiting customers. In-depth advice, as it should be taken for granted with such an expensive product, is rather nil. Sure, e-bikes are currently a sure-fire success. What do you need good advice and a good offer? If you don't take the bike, the next one will take it. Here at ebike - Oberhausen everything was right from the first second. Very good individual and, from our point of view, very competent advice, absolutely friendly service without time pressure, good prices for us and of course the proximity if something should be on the bike. We were immediately impressed. For both of us, everything was just right here. Where can you still find such customer-oriented advice and support today? We have a full five stars. We would buy there again and again and also believe that if we have problems with the bike, we will be helped quickly and competently.

Very nice and competent advice. Bicycle shop with sympathy and expertise. It is the best address for me when looking for and buying a bike.
