Last week I looked at several ebikes on site. The advice was very competent and friendly. All my questions were answered in detail and a suitable ebike was expertly made available for me to test drive. And what can I say, it was love at first sight 🥰
My additional requests (wider tires) were dealt with immediately. Really great service.
I've been there twice now to find out which bike is right for me, both times they gave me great advice. I was definitely annoying, but the advice was friendly and I think it was super competent and honest. I was not talked about by the mouth, but honestly and openly made suggestions. I will buy my new e-bike here.
As already described below, I have the same problem, but with the manufacturer Haibike. When I called, the first question came: is the bike ours? When I said no, I was told that only bicycles from "us e-motion" are processed or repaired. I only need one saddle adjustment. Then the answer came in 7 weeks we could help. But since the bike is not ours, we won't lift a finger and it was promptly hung up.
I have never seen such a bad, arrogant service provider. Let's see what Haibike thinks of this complaint.
