Got my beige retro city bike last month and I'm far more than satisfied. The advice in advance was ideal for me. Mr. Egert proved that he has many years of experience in his field, was very friendly and open to all questions.
I would recommend anyone who does not want to be fobbed off on an assembly line to visit Mr. Egert's shop in Herne.
In summary I can say competent, friendly and the price-performance ratio is right.

Unfortunately we had to give a star otherwise we could not have written the review.
The rear brake of our bike should be repaired. The owner told us the price range
35-80 euros. That is a wide range but now it is good.
Two and a half weeks later he spoke to our AB that the bike was ready to be picked up.
When he was picked up, he suddenly wanted 152 euros. We told him that we would not pay the price that had not been agreed and that he should remove the new brake.
Another week later when picking up, the front brake suddenly stopped working.
