For a long time the bike shop I trust. Very competent, friendly staff, you have to bring some time with you at peak times, but it's worth it. So far I have always received the best advice, all repairs have been flawless and the prices are very fair.
Good selection, bring plenty of time if you want help / advice (quite long waiting times). You take your time for advice, but asking or buying something “quickly” is difficult. Basically neutral / friendly.
Very friendly advice. That's how you want it as a customer. The bike lights were a bit more expensive than on the Internet, but I was in a specialist shop for that :) I will be happy to recommend you.
On our bike tour we broke down and went to the Hensel and Koller bike house. We were helped immediately and the breakdown fixed in the shortest possible time. This is what customer service looks like. We can highly recommend this wheelhouse.
