We bought our cargo bike from carry & smile and are one hundred percent satisfied. After a competent consultation, we were given a test drive with the model that suited us, although it was not available as a demonstration model. Absolutely friendly and courteous contact and service, for example a child seat that was not suitable for our child was easily replaced. We would advise everyone to buy from carry & smile, very friendly team :-)
We purchased our Bakfiets cargo bike from Carry & Smile. We received excellent advice. After we made an appointment, we took a nice test drive. They are very pleasant to advise in their way. They delivered the bike and gave an introduction and are always available for questions. Ultimately, we have exactly the bike we need and wanted and are very happy with it.
Top!!! I was able to take a test drive, received great advice and they are still at my side with advice and action :-)
