Very friendly and competent advice. I bought a trekking bike, it takes a lot of time. Modern technology with the "Body Scan" to determine the optimal height and saddle. We recommend!
The store is highly recommended for new business - but you shouldn't do any subsequent maintenance there if you're dependent on your bike. We had a pedelec bought there with an appointment (! Last Friday, the bike would be delivered the Thursday before) for the annual inspection. Believe it or not, it took a week until the bike could be picked up today. There was nothing to it, nothing was repaired or ET was exchanged. Just checking, lubricating, tightening screws ... Nothing that justifies a week's workshop. In addition, the information about the delay did not come proactively from Fischbeck but was only announced after a telephone request. Pity!
