Went in with my racing bike as I do not travel with a lock and was greeted that I should park my bicycle outside and nobody would steal anything and the comparison was made that you don't drive you car into a bakery. Still parted with my hard earned cash, as I in a hurry and needed a C02 cartridge as I had just dealt with a flat tire and used my last one. My take away - der Kunde ist König and what's the problem taking your own bike into a bike shop ?

Avoid at any cost! these guys are complete crooks! I bought a KTM bike for my daughter from here, the gears broke after 3 months, I took the bike back and they promised to fix it under warranty. However, when my wife went to pick the bike up they charged 50EUR from her without any notice before! Never again!

Experience, advice and service, everything is great! Currently despite the cycling boom, we have received good and, above all, timely advice. Now the perfect bike for us and ordered right away. The only downer is the boom that it takes a few weeks before delivery can be made. That is of course the manufacturer, not the bike box. Looking forward to the call that the bikes can be picked up! Thank you for taking your time and being patient enough to find the right bike for us! 😉👍🏼
