Fantastic service! Well priced super quick and they recycle the items!!! Love it
Friendly and helpful until you actually purchase something. I bought a pair of tires and they said they would put them on. Afterwards I was told it's not that difficult and I should do it myself in front of the store, which I was fine with. I deflated my tires then shortly after the owner told me I can't do it in front of the store and should do it on the sidewalk next to the road which was absurd. Absolutely terrible service.

Super nice, competent staff - completely uncomplicated processing of a warranty case. When it comes to maintenance work, my Cannondale is in good hands there! 👍👍👍
Unfortunately I can only agree with a previous review "Rude employee - lack of motivation and cheeky" He should order an original part from Bianchi for us, he knew nothing about it and it was too much effort for him to order an approx. 80-100 € part he calls himself a specialist dealer of the company is probably already saturated and no longer needs sales?
