Trying to oversell - got the same service at another place for a third of the price!
The assistant was super rude, asked him if he spoke English and he said no, so when I used translator to speak German he started talking English.
Laughed at me for asking if they sold second hand bikes, very arrogantly saying it was a premium shop.
I don't know how a "premium" store has such bad service.
This is where I buy my bicycles and have them repaired. For nearly 20 years I have had nothing but excellent and friendly service here. A bike shop you can trust!
I couldn't buy a bike simply because they didn't want to speak English, although they knew English. Very unpole treatment!
I am quite surprised by how bad this store is. I was lazy and took my bike in for a check up + inner tube change. I checked my bike when it came back, in the course of the check up they missed a massive hole in the front tyre, had not put the valve for the back wheel in properly, and had put the tyre on in the wrong rolling direction. Also no receipt. There is another store 2 doors up the road, go there instead
