Great customer service. They take care of all questions and are very helpful overall. My bike is ready to go and I am a happy recommending customer.
The staff is not really wanting to do a good job, they just want you to leave and to finish their day. Too bad. You feel like disturbing their peaceful day.

Good
First off, the store is huge for a Munich bike shop. They have so much space it's really hard to fathom how they are able to offer such an incredibly scarce selection of bike models. Check their website and you'll find a lot of great offers for nice bikes at decent prices - none (!) of which are available at this location (at least every time I show up there). The staff always seems to be intent on tidying up and getting new product in, but don't bother asking them anything about the bikes as they really seem to look upon the customers as some sort of disturbance intruding upon their otherwise peaceful life. Two stars because of cheap spare parts.
