Delivery was quick and easy, cancellation was done easily online, and drop-off took less than a minute. Never had any issues with the bike itself. Both staff members I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, rented a bike during my short stay in Munich and it was easy to arrange an appointment through the website, my bike was ready for me at the shop and fitted for my height. I had a dynamo problem and when I visited the shop they gave me another bike in 5 mins. Dropping off is as easy as renting, plus you can have a cup of coffee while waiting.

Had a terrible experience with swapfiets. First I never received any invoice, they just charged my account. And even after calling they weren't able to send me one. Also I got charged 5 Euro too much the second month. Called the hotline and the guy told me they are going take care of it, because he also doesn't know why I got charged too much. He said they are going to look at it and write me an email. Never got anything and no response on further emails. Pretty disappointed and will return the bike this month.

Excellent service. Great customer care. I loved it. The attendant was courteous and took time to explain what I needed to know. Was patient as I had to try different bikes.
