Fahrradladen 16 did fantastic work repairing my bike.
It was recently serviced at their workshop and it now rides better than when I first purchased it! A worthy investment for quality service.
A very friendly and professional bike shop. Home to many beautiful city/touring/e-bikes (not racing bikes though) and great service.
The workshop is very busy so make sure to book in advance. But it is worth it. The serviced bikes come out like new!
Oh and their customer managment system is all digital. Service history tracked to the bike, receipts as emails, service reminders sent as invites...a nice change for those of us who like this kind of stuff!
