Absolutely loveless and cold. When I compare the store with other toy stores that have something to try out here, something to look at there, showcases and nicely arranged goods, simply something for the eye and for all the senses, I ask myself whether this is really for children should be made. Everything is just edge to edge on shelves, it's colorless, nothing but white, endless corridors, no windows, it looks really creepy and has nothing to do with a children's shop, more like a hospital. Never again, my kids went in and just said, horrified, "Wow, let's go again!". Fortunately, because I also found the atmosphere there anything but nice.
