This guys are rude terrible customer service. I stood waiting while 2 people were helping 1 guy. This has happened to me twice. They looked right at me and didn't"t care. Typical old school "no-customer-service philosophy".
i needed a replacement chainring and they tried to sell me a complete used chainset ( with slightly bent chainring) for about 70€ more than a new one would of cost on Chainreaction. i used this shop a great deal 8-10 years ago and i was happy, then about 7 years ago something changed. Quality of service deterioated and the prices went through the roof. i refuse to use this store even though its arouns the corner. shocking how a place like this can survive, i doubt it would where customer service and quality for money is held in higher regard
Wouldn't fix my flat on a walk-in.
A bizarre , overpriced place with an equally incompetent work staff . Put a part on my bike backwards and then sheared the nut and bolt . Will NOT be returning.
Super Service! Although there was no more workshop capacity for my flat tires (the bike business is booming in Corona times), an employee explained to me exactly how I can change the coat and lent me the tools. In between, she always took the time to come outside to look and give me a hand. I managed the repair. I've never walked out of a bike shop so proudly.
