Stay away from this company! I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Horrible customer service, they don't care about their clients at all. After a long saga of waiting for a bike for ~ 20 weeks, being ignored at first, I finally received my bike in the mail, only to see that it has a damaged frame, and a damaged seat! A brand new bike that looks like a used one. And upon contacting both their customer service and a person in charge for billing the clients about the damages in the bike, ive been put to "ignore mode" again. They were very prompt to collect the money of course, but when it comes to fixing their damage, they are no where to be found. Horrible service! Horrible company! They should feel ashamed to even send out a bike in this condition to their client. Horrible experience, I will never shop there again!!! At least im glad that this experience is over
I had been here to pick up Neubike. Top were the customer parking spaces right outside the door. The reception and presentation of the bike was excellent and surprising. Here the pick was made an experience.
The staff were courteous and helpful.
