Nowadays it is no longer a matter of course to receive customer-friendly service in a business. I was all the more delighted when I was able to bring my bike over on December 30th, 2020 so that my flat rear wheel could be repaired. Not only that was taken care of immediately. Here I was able to experience real customer service! During the repair, the shop owner's trained eye immediately noticed that my bike was completely incorrectly adjusted. He took the time (it didn't take 5 minutes!) To correct the mistakes. Since then I have been driving with a completely new feeling! You have one more regular customer! THANKS!
A service that one could only wish for! Very competent advice and at the same time an incredibly friendly and authentic owner, who keeps his calm even when there is a big crowd and always helps you. Has already helped me twice with short-term tire punctures and also fixed other defects on the bike. Very impressive, I can only recommend it!
