I was charged 9 Euros for 10 seconds of work, what other bike shops do it for free.
Was looking for some parts (rim tape, handlegrips, Brooks proofide) for routine maintenance of my bike and was very happy to find these and more in the shop. There was a short wait as they were quite busy on Saturday afternoon but this is not their fault, rather a sign of their quality. It gave me time to inspect the beautiful bikes on display in the store. When it was my turn, I was helped quickly by a knowledgeable mechanic who provided all of the parts I needed within 2 minutes and was very helpful. I will definitely come back the next time I need any parts or service.
Cool bikes and beautiful shop. But when I asked to repair a broken shifter - they said it would take up to 2 hours and each hour would cost around 30 euro. Well, in the other shop it got fixed in 3 min and for way less money.
Great shop and great team - these guys know what they do and they have a real passion for road bikes!
Great selection of beautiful bikes, one of the best in Munich. Helpful & kind staff too.
