A very bad place. The guy who works there (Marc I guess) is VERY rude. He looks at his customers like they owe him something. Right now we have quarantine in Munich, so I don't think a lot of people go there to repair their bikes, so he actually should be happy about the fact I came to this place. As usual I said hello to the salesman and walked in. He didn't even response until I stared at him confused for a sec. This place is a real DUMP. Even one of my friends had problems there. I DEFINITELY not recommend this place!

Very much messed around and lied to. They said the part was ordered. 2 weeks later it supposedly arrived but they only had a slot to repair it 1 week later. Brought in the bike and left it there over night for the repair. The next day I get told they need to still order the part! Took my bike to bike box instead

So I had a very unpleasant exchange with the clerk who works here, I believe his name is Marco. He has square glasses. The exchange occurred on German. I came into the store with my mother. She greeted the store clerk (guy with square glasses). I came up to him and said ‘so’ but on german. The man already looked considerably unfriendly, maybe he had a bad day but he just seemed pissed and was rude during our conversation during which we found out that the store only had time for our bike on the 16th of January. I said “guess I’ll have to find another store” as I was exiting the shop. The clerk responded with “What!?” In a rude and agitated tone. In my opinion the response could’ve been something like “excuse me?”. Even a tonal change of the word would be appropriate. As I exited the store I said “I’ll go somewhere that’s open then!” Then the guy snapped. Rushed out of the store and looked me deep in the eyes and said “if you continue talking to people like that than you’ll be beaten up some day.” He grabbed my arm during this exchange. I wouldn’t really care, but this isn’t the second time this member of the staff here is rude to me, my family and friends. His tone is rude, he doesn’t say hello and he is unapologetic about the stores lack of ability to accommodate the traffic of customers they get during the spring- summer season. In conclusion I wouldn’t suggest you come here if you’re a local or a tourist. I’d recommend you go to doctor bike at Münchener Freiheit or anywhere else (they have several locations).
