For me the best bicycle dealer in Munich! The Aktivrad team repaired several broken spokes (with excess length) of my e-bike at short notice and thus saved our one-week bike trip through Austria! Thank you for your great commitment!

Yesterday I wanted to have my Birdy repaired because of a problem with the gearshift on Aktiv-Rad. The owner looked at my bike for about 3 seconds and then said in an extremely unfriendly tone: "We won't fix this". When I asked why, he replied: "It has to be enough if I say that". I've had similar experiences with Aktiv-Rad in the past: impolite, unfriendly and anything but helpful. Luckily there are a number of other bike shops very close by. All are much more customer-friendly. To Aktiv-Rad in Hans-Sachsstr. I'll never go there again. The owner's response to my review speaks for itself: It was a bike that I got before six! Years ago. Incidentally, not even at Radl-Bauer. So there can be no question of "new". The other statements of the owner have the same "truth content". They are purely protective claims to distract from your own extremely unfriendly behavior.

We had a fairly old ladies bike made in the shop, bought a children's bike and had many other repairs carried out (tires, brakes, lights, bell). The two boys are customer-oriented, fast, inexpensive, honest - and the two are really good with the youngsters. If I had known the shop before, I would have bought my bike there. Therefore: we really like to go there.
