Processes at this court are sometimes dragged on for years. My application has not been processed for four years, and an attempt is now being made to put the blame on me. Judges are arrogant and outrageous and cover up the misconduct of their colleagues with flimsy arguments. The court also has many highly aggressive employees who are in a troubled mental state. Applicants are unceremoniously declared the suspect of a preliminary investigation, documents suddenly disappear, facts are denied, there are lies, covered up, and much more.

Actually, I don't like to give a star. I would rather not be a star. The person at the gate does what he wants. With the ticking the clocks are probably very different. Incredible. Shameful for Munich. Uh!

VICTIM OF STATES POWER: Clerk simply confuses the names in an enforcement case. Thanks to, in my opinion, completely unlawful data access from colleagues, I also have access to all my data and accounts. Took 1 full day to repair the damage that the SB did. Who is liable for this? Who is liable for the damage to the image caused? Answer from the head of the working group to my complaint: It could happen ... And it goes on: The man glosses over, recognizes similarities in the name and solicits understanding for his hard-working employees .....

The family court in Munich tries to ensure equality between men and women in order to show the world that Munich is the model city. This misses the point. Children only serve in such negotiations (family matters) and are dismissed with horror. All should submit to the female procedural counsel and mostly female judges to their prepared resolutions. In general: the legal counsel communicates with the judge in advance and they have the result before the next hearing. The invitees should nod at the prefabricated result. It is not certain that the minutes fully correspond to the content of the negotiations.
